Our main client in this area is the government department UK Trade & Investment. We provide information on UK R&D opportunities in digital media to UKTI clients including Turner Broadcasting, Disney and Singapore Technologies. As a company and as individuals, we are also developing several R&D projects of our own.

UK Trade & Investment

UK Trade & Investment is the government organisation that helps UK-based companies succeed in the global economy and assists overseas companies to bring their high-quality investment to the UK. Sarah advises their Global Entrepreneurs Programme (GEP) on a part-time basis. The GEP team consists of a network of internationally successful entrepreneurs who are able to offer their insight, networks and experience to help accelerate companies into global markets from their UK headquarters. Sarah has also provided advice to Tech City, David Cameron’s flagship project to regenerate East London.

Creativity Culture and Education
Feasibility study and prototype service design

For the Creative Partnership's Creativity Culture and Education Find Your Talent programme, we were asked to consider how the organisation could foster and promote a deeper level of participation in culture for young people. As part of this work we scoped an online and mobile application to help children and young people track their cultural activity across time, and compare that activity with that of friends, classmates, and aggregated groups such as school, age group and location. While the original commission was mostly focused on a feasibility study on the project's basic idea, we also designed a paper prototype, as the best possible way to go about testing and developing the concept in real-world scenarios.
